banana MUFFINS


4 ripe bananas

1/2 cup sunflower or coconut oil

1/4 cup brown or ordinary sugar

2 eggs

2 generous spoons of milk

1 1/2 cup wholemeal flour

2 teaspoons baking soda

2 teaspoons of cinnamon

3 large teaspoons of mixed seeds


Mash the bananas until they resemble puree.

In a large bowl, add the oil, eggs, sugar and milk and mix everything together.

Add the rest of the dry ingredients and bake for 25 to 20 minutes 180C in a muffin tray.
