A bowl or can of red beans or lentils

A can of tomatoes

2 carrots

A pepper

2 onions

3 cloves of garlic

2 potatoes

Half a pumpkin

A lemon

4 tablespoons breadcrumbs


Salt and pepper to taste


For the filling, sauté the onion, pepper and carrots until soft.

Add the can of tomatoes and a splash of red wine if you have it.

Cook for 15 mins, and add the beans, 2 chopped garlic cloves, raisins and seasonings to taste.

Meanwhile, boil the sweet potato and pumpkin and make a pure.

Mix the breadcrumbs with the zest of a lemon and garlic.

Put the filling in a dish with the pure and breadcrumbs on top.
